Meet the founder
Steve Herrington
I founded Reflex Consultancy after more than a decade in consumer marketing and data analytics, working across industries from technology to fashion and beauty. That range of experience means I have seen what works across very different markets, and I bring all of it to every client engagement.
At Reflex, I work directly with every client. I build the strategy, manage the campaigns, write the reports, and take the calls. That hands-on approach is how I stay close to what is actually happening in your account, and it is how clients get senior-level results without the overhead of a large agency.
Outside of client work, I am usually sim racing or deep in the latest game. The competitive edge and strategic thinking carry over more than you would expect.
