The problem with weekly snapshots

Until now, Full Service clients received a weekly report comparing the previous seven days to the week before, along with a monthly interactive dashboard. By the time the weekly report landed in an inbox, the data was already ageing, and it offered only a single comparison window. What changes on 1st May

Every Full Service client will be provisioned with their own Nova Analytics account. Nova refreshes data hourly with 99.8% accuracy and tracks over 40 Amazon fee types at the SKU level, a depth of detail the weekly reports were never built to deliver. Q: When does this take effect? A: Nova access goes live for all Full Service clients on 1st May 2026. You will receive login credentials and an onboarding guide from your Reflex account lead in the days leading up to launch.

Q: What happens to my weekly reports? A: The static weekly reports will be retired as of 1st May (the archives are still available). They are being replaced by two things: (1) your always-on Nova dashboard, which provides far more data than the weekly reports ever could, and (2) Reflex’s continued agreed deliverables as part of your Full Service engagement.

Q: Will there be any disruption to my data or reporting during the switchover? A: No. Nova connects directly to your Amazon Seller Central account and has already imported the last 2 years of data.
